Campus Safety Education Reporting
As part of its compliance obligations, Illinois State University is required to track training and educational programs relating to:
- Dating violence
- Domestic violence
- Stalking
- Sexual assault and other sex offenses
- Sexual harassment
- Conflict Resolution
- Bystander
- Homicide
- Robbery
- Aggravated Assault
- Burglary
- Motor Vehicle Theft
- Arson
- Hate Crimes
- Liquor/Alcohol Violations
- Drugs
- Weapons Violations
Faculty/staff, students, and/or organizations that have developed and delivered educational and/or training programs related these topics for members of the campus community should complete the Campus Safety Education Reporting. The survey should be completed each time a program is delivered. Please report both active (e.g. individuals attend an event/session) and passive (e.g. campus-wide poster campaign) programs.
