Faculty Staff Threat Assessment Team (FSTAT)
This team of Illinois State faculty and staff members works to identify, monitor, and when deemed necessary, recommend appropriate interventions for university faculty and staff who display unhealthy, threatening, and/or dangerous patterns of behavior. Such behaviors include:
- Suggesting intent to harm self or others
- Creating a disruption in the work environment
- Intimidating other faculty, staff, and/or students
- Stalking or following someone with the intent to harass, intimidate, harm, or cause other malicious activity
- Acting in a frightening or threatening manner
